Strawberry Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup strawberries, pureed
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, if desired.
In a large bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until the mixture starts to thicken.
