Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup onion, minced
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

For the Sauce:

1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup red and green bell pepper, chopped

Directions:

Preheat Oven and Prepare Meatballs: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, minced onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
