2 packages of shortbread cookies
2 cups of milk chocolate chips
1 cup of heavy cream
1 jar of caramel sauce
Additional chocolate chips and caramel sauce for garnish


Prepare the Base: Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper. Arrange a layer of shortbread cookies at the bottom, breaking them as necessary to cover the entire surface.
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Layer the Cake: Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture over the layer of shortbread cookies in the springform pan. Spread evenly with a spatula.
Add Caramel: Drizzle a generous amount of caramel sauce over the chocolate layer. Place another layer of shortbread cookies on top of the caramel.

Garnish and Serve: Before serving, remove the cake from the springform pan and transfer it to a serving plate. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with chocolate chips for garnish.
