- 1 can (10 ounces) of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, packed
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix, measured firmly and leveled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
