  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: sliced black olives or cherry tomatoes
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Instructions

  • Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and slice pepperoni if it’s in large rounds. Grate the mozzarella and Parmesan so they're ready to go.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, mozzarella, pepperoni, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  • Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and warm each flour tortilla for about 20-30 seconds on each side.
  • Lay a tortilla flat, add about 1 cup of the filling mixture on one side, starting a few inches from the edge. Fold the edge over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  • Optional: For a toasted finish and melty cheese, place the wraps seam side down on a hot skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Cut each wrap in half on the diagonal and serve.
