  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts carefully and cook about 5 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside on a plate, keeping warm without covering.
