Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (to room temperature for easy mixing)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar, sifted (to avoid lumps)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure for best flavor)
  • ⅓ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade, preferably thick and pourable)
  • 2 medium tart apples, cored and thinly sliced (preferably Granny Smith)
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (adds warmth but not required)

Instructions

  • Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
  • Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated. Scrape the bowl sides as needed.
  • Fold in about half of the caramel sauce gently to create pretty swirls without fully blending.
  • Transfer dip into a serving bowl, drizzle remaining caramel sauce on top, and optionally sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  • Arrange sliced apples and other dippers like graham crackers or pretzels around the dip. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours. Let stand 10–15 minutes before serving if chilled.
