Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened (to room temperature for easy mixing)
½ cup powdered sugar, sifted (to avoid lumps)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure for best flavor)
⅓ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade, preferably thick and pourable)
2 medium tart apples, cored and thinly sliced (preferably Granny Smith)
Optional: ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (adds warmth but not required)
Instructions
Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated. Scrape the bowl sides as needed.
Fold in about half of the caramel sauce gently to create pretty swirls without fully blending.
Transfer dip into a serving bowl, drizzle remaining caramel sauce on top, and optionally sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Arrange sliced apples and other dippers like graham crackers or pretzels around the dip. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours. Let stand 10–15 minutes before serving if chilled.
